Paying For Your Order

There are various ways to pay for your order. 

PayPal - This is the most secure method of payment.  You can either set up an account with PayPal, or process a one off credit card transaction.  Don't have a credit card?  If you register with PayPal, you can link a bank account to your PayPal account, for easy, fast EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions.  Click here for more information.

Print Fax or Postal Order Form - If you don't wish to process the payment online, you can print an order form, then post, fax or email it to us.  This form contains fields for entering your credit card details as well as our bank details for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) transactions.  Please email us with remittance advice if paying by EFT for faster processing of your order.

Cheques or Money Orders - We accept cheques or money orders.  Please make cheques payable to Art Online Pty Ltd.  Orders are dispatched once funds have cleared.  For cheques please allow approx. 5-7 days from date of postage for clearance of funds.

Credit Card Payments - Credit card details are sent to us over a secure 256 bit SSL Connection.  While we can process your VISA or Mastercard payments over the phone, this is not recommended, as it is the least secure method of payment for both parties.  However, if you wish to use this method, please call us on 0407 402 781.  (Please note that credit card details are not stored in our database, and are destroyed immediately after processing the payment.)

Credit Accounts - We offer 30 day credit accounts for businesses, schools & government or non-profit organisations.  Click here for an application.  Please note that a current ABN must be supplied to receive a credit account application.  Schools will be automatically sent goods on account, provided we receive an official purchase order (an application is still needed for our records).
