Q. - Is Artstore open to the public?
A. - Yes.  We are open to everybody.

Q. - Does Artstore sell wholesale as well as retail?
A. - No. But we can offer bulk discounts on most items.

Q. - How much will it cost to ship an order to my suburb/town?
A. - Freight charges are determined by weight and destination of delivery.  We have a shipping estimate calculator at the checkout.  Simply add the items to your basket as if you are going to place an order, then click 'View Basket' at the top right of the screen.  At the checkout screen, enter your postcode & state into the Shipping Estimate fields & click 'Show Shipping'.  The freight options will then be displayed in the dropdown menu above.

Q. - Are the prices listed inclusive of GST?
A. - Yes.  All product prices include GST.  Please note that freight charges listed in the dropdown menu at the checkout are ex GST.  This is due to software constraints.

Q. - If I place an order today, will I receive it tomorrow?
A. - If we have the items in your order in stock, & you choose 'Express Delivery' your order will be received in 1-2 days (excluding some remote locations).  Please call or email us prior to ordering, if your order is required the next day, & we will endeavour to help meet your deadline, where possible.  Our courier service is next day to Melbourne Metro, some regional Victorian areas, Sydney Metro & Canberra Metro.

Q. - Can I place my order over the phone?
A. - Yes.  But we do charge a $4.50 manual processing fee for phone orders.
